Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Myribots is a platform operated by Last Myth Studios LTDA, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ No. 68.787.729/0001-93, headquartered at Rua Fernando Gomes, 128, Conjunto 803, Moinhos de Vento, Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil, ZIP code 90510-010.

In these terms, “Myribots”, “we” and “our” refer to Last Myth Studios LTDA. “Client company” means a company that subscribes to or tests the platform. “End user” means a person who chats with a virtual assistant on the platform.

2. What Myribots is

Myribots lets companies create virtual assistants that talk to their customers through messaging channels such as WhatsApp, following service flows defined in advance. The flows control the steps of each conversation. Amounts, deadlines and conditions shown in conversations come from the client company’s own rules and data, and are not made up by the assistant.

Myribots is a technology tool. The client company decides what to offer, whom to contact and on what terms.

3. Testing phase

Myribots is currently under development and in technical testing. During this phase:

  • access is restricted to team members and people we have invited;
  • test conversations use numbers and data chosen for that purpose;
  • services may be interrupted or changed without notice, and may contain errors.

4. Who can use it

Use by client companies requires a contract or an invitation. The client company represents that it:

  • is duly incorporated and has authority to enter into agreements;
  • has the right to process the personal data of the people it will contact and to contact them through the chosen channel;
  • complies with the laws that apply to its business, including the rules of its industry.

5. Messaging and WhatsApp

Messages sent through the platform over WhatsApp are also subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies and terms, which may restrict certain kinds of content and use. The client company is responsible for using the channel in compliance with those rules.

  • Contact only on a proper basis. The client company may only message people who can lawfully receive its messages, and must respect requests not to be contacted.
  • Request to stop. An end user may ask at any time to stop receiving messages, for example by replying “stop” or “exit”. The platform records the request and stops sending new messages to that number.
  • Hours and frequency. The platform lets the client company configure contact hours and limits, which must comply with the law and with the channel’s policy.
  • Activities prohibited on WhatsApp. The platform must not be used on WhatsApp for purposes that Meta’s policies prohibit.

6. Virtual assistant and human support

  • Conversations may be conducted by an artificial intelligence virtual assistant. The assistant must identify itself as such at the start of the conversation.
  • An end user may ask for a human agent at any time. The client company is responsible for keeping a team or channel available for these cases.
  • The assistant does not give individual legal, financial or medical advice and does not guarantee outcomes.
  • Purchases, agreements and confirmations are only completed after the end user’s express confirmation, recorded by the platform.

7. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, “LGPD”).

  • As a rule, the client company is the controller of the data of the people it serves, and Myribots acts as the processor, processing data on the client company’s instructions and to provide the service.
  • We collect only what is necessary to provide the service and to keep the platform secure. We do not use a client company’s conversation data for our own purposes or to train artificial intelligence models.
  • We use infrastructure and artificial intelligence providers to operate the service. Where personal data is transferred internationally, the transfer follows the rules of the LGPD.
  • End users may exercise their data subject rights, such as access, correction and deletion, through the client company’s contacts or through our contact below.

Our Privacy Policy complements these terms.

8. What is not allowed

You may not use Myribots to:

  • send misleading, threatening, embarrassing or discriminatory messages, or messages that expose a person to third parties;
  • impersonate another person or company, or conceal who is speaking;
  • send spam or bulk messages to people who cannot lawfully receive them;
  • collect or discuss debts in a way that is contrary to the law, or through channels where this is prohibited;
  • disclose a person’s data to third parties;
  • try to access other client companies’ data, bypass security controls or overload the platform;
  • engage in any unlawful activity.

We may suspend or end the access of anyone who breaches these terms or puts the platform or third parties at risk.

9. Responsibilities

We work to keep the platform secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors, especially during the testing phase. Myribots depends on third-party services such as WhatsApp, and does not control their availability or rules.

The client company is responsible for the content of its flows, the conditions it offers, the lawfulness of its contacts and the data it provides. To the extent permitted by law, Myribots’ liability is limited to proven direct damages. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law guarantees to consumers.

10. Intellectual property

The platform, the Myribots name, the code, the models and the documentation belong to Last Myth Studios LTDA or its licensors. The client company keeps its rights to the content and data it provides and authorizes us to use them only to provide the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to client companies by reasonable means. Translations are provided for convenience; if they differ, the English version prevails.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of Porto Alegre, RS, are elected as the venue, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to bring an action in the courts of their own place of residence.
